Our Hopes for the Future
We think that our park can be saved from the environmental destruction that is found around the world. We have created many barriers to help the destruction of our precious, diverse ecosystem and have many advantages when it comes to conservation. Because of this we predict that our ecosystem will endure and experience little to no harm in the near future. We can say this with assurance based on the many characteristics of our park and the people that help to protect it. (42)
Even though we are the biggest rainforest in Costa Rica, we are also the most remote one. This means we are far from society and it is very likely that expansion from society will threaten us anytime. Our great distance from society allows us to protect our ecosystem without feeling a constant threat of having to drastically protect from people living nearby. (42)

One other reason we think that we can protect our park for the foreseeable future is that we limit the amount of people that can visit our park each day. This allows us to strongly limit the human impact within the environment and ensure that it never becomes detrimental to the ecosystem. (42)

Also, with the help of the rangers and other people who work at our ranger stations, we can plan to keep our ecosystem pristine and unharmed by the dangers that today's world contains. We think that the biodiversity of our park will continue for a very long time and that we can preserve the unique organisms that live inside it. With the help of those who visit our park and their promise to leave it as they found it, our park can stay a jewel in the biomes of the world. (42)
